Welcome to FutureFit Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and programs. By accessing our site or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be between 15 and 24 years old to enroll in our programs.

  • Participants under 18 years old must provide parental or guardian consent.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any time.

 

2. Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Payment must be completed in full before access to program materials is granted.

  • We accept payments via secure methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • FutureFit Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any enrollment at its discretion.

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided no course content has been accessed.

  • After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to processing fees.

  • If FutureFit Academy cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.

  • No refunds will be given for partial completion of a program.

 

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with instructors and peers.

  • Refrain from harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior.

  • Use course materials for personal learning only—not for redistribution or commercial use.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including videos, texts, and resources, are the property of FutureFit Academy.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • FutureFit Academy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee employment, career advancement, or specific outcomes from completing our programs.

 

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

 

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
